Shipping Fresh Peonies

Our peonies are cut fresh and shipped with care from our farm. Because they are a perishable product, shipping details matter, and we want you to know what to expect before placing your order.

When We Ship

We ship fresh peony orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays using UPS Next Day Air.

Orders must be placed by 2 PM EST on your selected ship date to go out that same day.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Where We Ship

At this time, we ship within the continental United States only.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or California.

Because peonies are perishable, we limit shipping to locations where we can get them there quickly and safely.

Choosing Your Delivery Date

Please choose a delivery date when someone can receive the package or bring it inside shortly after arrival.

Our peonies are cut fresh and shipped with care, and they’ll do best when they’re brought inside as soon as possible after delivery.

If you’re sending peonies as a gift, we recommend giving the recipient a quick heads-up so they know to keep an eye out for their delivery.

Once Your Flowers Arrive

Your peonies may arrive in bud form and may look a little thirsty after traveling overnight. This is normal.

For best results:

  • Open the box as soon as possible
  • Trim the stems
  • Place them in clean, cool water
  • Let them rest and rehydrate before arranging

Some blooms may still be tight on arrival and will continue opening over time.

Shipping Delays

While we carefully pack every order for overnight delivery, shipping delays can occasionally happen due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or inaccurate shipping information entered at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Issues

Please double-check the shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, or for damage caused by flowers being left outside, delayed unpacking, missed delivery attempts, theft, or exposure to heat, cold, or direct sun after delivery.
