Return & Refund Policy

Fresh Flower Orders

Because peonies are fresh, perishable, and seasonal, we do not accept returns on delivered flowers.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been harvested, prepared, or packed for shipment. Once flowers have been harvested, packed, or shipped, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Problems With Your Order

We want your peonies to arrive fresh and in good condition.

If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us on the day of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the flowers
  • photos of the box if the packaging was damaged

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

What Is Not Eligible for Refund

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by:

  • flowers being left outside after delivery
  • delayed unpacking
  • improper care after arrival
  • incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
  • carrier delays outside our control
  • normal variation in bloom stage, color, size, or shape

Because peonies are a natural product, some variation is to be expected and is not considered a defect.

Non-Perishable Items

If your order includes non-perishable items, those may be eligible for return only if unused and in original condition. If you plan to offer non-flower items and want a return window for those, I’d add that separately.
